Shipping

Many items ship within 3-5 business days. At times there may be an exception and these are listed below. 

Most all Custom Tumblers - typically your can ship out within 14 days depending on the details of your order however I do my best to ship it out before then. There are times that it may take a little longer depending on the orders we have pending, and It may also take a little longer depending on the order size.

The method of shipping that you select at checkout if the method that will be used. This can vary depending on your choice of shipping at the time of the order.  

Please know that there are times where issues occur within the post office especially surrounding the holidays. If you should run into any issues with your package such as it is missing, or late, I will work with you until your concerns have been resolved.
